Booking & Cancellation Policy:
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance paid at least 30 days before check-in.
- A damage deposit of 5,000 THB is required upon check-in, refundable on the day of check-out.
- Cleaning services will be supplied for stays 7 nights or longer. If you'd prefer more frequent cleaning services, we can provide this at a reasonable cost.
- Infants and small children stay free. Children who need a bed of their own should be included as an adult. One floor mattress is available upon request, which can sleep an additional person or child.
- Electricity is charged at a standard rate per unit. Please be assured that you will only be charged for electricity used (see more details in our FAQ section).
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 30 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time and get a full refund. Cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival date or failure to arrive at the property will incur the full period charge.
Payment details
Payment is possible by credit card (Stripe), PayPal, or via wire transfer. A payment link will be provided along with your invoice shortly after booking.
