Set in a quiet, peaceful area with a private infinity pool, the location is perfect for guests looking for seclusion and tranquillity, while still close to the action: Easy access to chic Fisherman's Village with its amazing vibe and night market; a 5-minute drive takes you to the piers for travel to neighboring islands Koh Phangan and Koh Tao, and in just 10 minutes you’ll be in the tourist hub and nightlife Chaweng.

We've equipped this modern, 3-bedroom, 4-bath villa with all those little things to make your stay as comfortable as possible: Fully equipped, Western-style kitchen with oven and dishwasher, fast WiFi, Netflix, filtered drinking water, ice maker, blender, Nespresso machine, work desk, washer & dryer, etc. And for a good night's sleep: Western-standard mattresses and black-out curtains.

The villa features dramatic floor to ceiling windows for a light, open-air experience. The open-plan kitchen and lounge opens out onto a wide, expansive terrace featuring a generous outdoor covered seating area with ceiling fans for comfort, along with an open terrace and swimming pool. The master bedroom has its own private terrace as well. The villa has high-speed, 100+mb Wifi internet on all floors, making it ideally suited to mobile workers or people who need to work remotely while on holiday. A full range of Movies, Documentaries and TV for families and children is available via Smart TV and Netflix, with Spotify also available for unending music options. The private infinity pool has integrated seats for comfort, and the terrace area that integrates beautifully with the indoor space is perfectly set up equally for entertaining, or for a chilled, relaxing evening.

Private parking is provided by an attached garage The villa is air-conditioned throughout, with a fully-equipped kitchen to Western standards with all facilities: Large Double-door fridge-freezer with ice maker, Bosch brand oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, rice-maker, and all other kitchen equipment needed for you to be able to cook at the villa as if you were at home. All guest bedrooms feature king or queen beds with high-quality, Western-standard mattresses, with each bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom with rain shower, WC and wash basin. The primary beds sleep 6 comfortably, and a single roll-away bed is available upon request to accommodate one additional person or child.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans are also in each bedroom to ensure quality sleep, and built-in wardrobes offer plenty of storage space.

• The villa is located in a residential area, and NOT suitable for late-night parties. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
• Electricity is charged at the standard rate of 7 baht per unit. Please be assured that you will only be charged for electricity used, nothing more (see details below)*
• Cleaning service is supplied for stays 10 nights or longer. More frequent services can be provided at additional cost.
• All linens and towels are supplied.
• Soap, shampoo, filtered water, coffee/tea, creamer, and other amenities are all included in your stay.
• Swimming Pool maintenance is included.
• The villa is centrally located, but is off the main road, so a car or motorbike/scooter is recommended to allow you to get the most out of the island.

What is the view? The villa is surrounded by other villas, green garden areas, a beautiful valley, and partial sea views.

What are the nearest beaches? Beautiful Bangrak beach is just a 3-minute drive away, and the famous Chaweng beach, is only 9 minutes away. Many other gorgeous beaches are within 10-15 minutes, and we've summarized these for you in our online Guest App so you can make the most out of your stay!

Should I rent a car or scooter? Since the villa is located on a private road off the main road, it is recommended to either rent a car or scooter, which is also the best way to get the most out of the island and its many beaches and attractions. There is also an "Uber-type" App available for good quality taxi services.

Is the area quiet, peaceful? The villa is located on a side street, about 400 meters off the main road, and is surrounded mostly by greenery and other villas. There is a small local neighborhood about 150 meters across the street on one side.

Is there noise from airplanes? Airplanes do not fly over or near the villa.

Why do you charge for electricity and cleaning? Some villa owners increase the nightly rate to cover these costs, but to keep the cost as low as possible for our guests, we keep it separate. We feel this makes it fair for everyone, as our guests pay the actual cost, nothing more.

How much is electricity? Some guests use the air conditioning very little, while others enjoy having the air conditioning on much of the time. All air conditioning units are energy-efficient inverter models:

• Rarely use air conditioning; fans & lights only: Approximately 150 THB per day.
• Mostly used only in the evenings and during the night in bedrooms, keeping it around 25°C: 200-400 THB per day.
• Love the air con and use it regularly: 500+ THB per day.
