Hello, I'm Alan, the owner of these villas. I moved to Thailand with my family several years ago, and have now settled here in beautiful Koh Samui. In 2020, we finished development of these 2 stunning, side-by-side villas, and prepared them with one specific goal: Give guests a premium-quality experience that's affordable. You’ll experience a villa that was designed and constructed by the developer of some of the most exclusive properties in Koh Samui, at a fraction of the rental cost. Each villa has its own private pool, with a 3-bedroom, 4-bath layout, and the villas are available separately or together to accommodate larger groups up to 13 people.

LOCATION
Set in a quiet, peaceful area, the location is perfect for guests looking for seclusion and tranquillity, while still close to the action: Easy access to chic Fisherman's Village with its beach vibe, night market, and wide selection of international-standard bars, restaurants, beaches, and boutique shopping; minutes away from Koh Samui’s international Airport, as well as the island’s main shopping attractions; a 5-minute drive takes you to the piers for travel to neighboring islands Koh Phangan and Koh Tao, and in just 10 minutes you’ll be in the tourist hub and nightlife centre of Chaweng.
YOUR LIVING SPACE
These immaculately furnished villas have identical layouts, each featuring dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows for a light and open-air atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen and lounge opens out onto a wide, expansive terrace featuring a generous outdoor covered seating area with ceiling fans for comfort, along with an open terrace and private infinity swimming pool looking out over the hillsides and neighborhood. The master bedroom also has its own private terrace.

Everything You Need
Each villa has high-speed, 100mb Wifi internet on all floors, making them ideally suited to mobile workers or people who need to work remotely while on holiday.
A full range of Movies, Documentaries and TV for families and children is available via Smart TV and Netflix, with Spotify also available for unending music options.
The private infinity pool has integrated seats for comfort, and the terrace area that integrates beautifully with the indoor space is perfectly set up equally for entertaining, or for a chilled, relaxing evening. Private parking is provided by an attached garage
The villas are air-conditioned throughout, with fully-equipped kitchens to Western standards with all facilities: Large Double-door fridge-freezer with ice maker, Bosch brand oven/hob, and dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, and all other kitchen equipment needed for you to be able to cook at the villa as if you were at home. Washer AND dryer are both available in the utility room.
All guest bedrooms feature king or queen beds with high-quality, Western-standard mattresses, with each bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom with rain shower, WC and wash basin. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are also in each bedroom to ensure quality sleep, and built-in wardrobes offer plenty of storage space.

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT?
IS THE AREA QUIET, PEACEFUL?
Yes, except for the development project going on in 2022 ;-) The villa is located on a side street, about 400 meters off the main road, and is surrounded mostly by villas and greenery. There is a small local neighborhood about 150 meters across the street on one side.
HOW CLOSE IS THE NEAREST BEACH?
The villa is very centrally located, with beautiful Bangrak beach just a 4-minute drive away, and the popular Chaweng beach just 9 minutes away.
IS THERE NOISE FROM AIRPLANES?
Airplanes do not fly over or near the villa.
In the general neighborhood, there are luxury villas being built from time to time. As of 2023, there are no villas under construction directly adjacent to ours, but we're keeping a 20% discount in effect in case of any disturbance from any development in the general area.
ARE FOOD & RESTAURANTS NEARBY?
Great little restaurants are just minutes away (you'll find all our favorite recommendations in our Guest App and in the Villa Manual when you arrive)! In addition, there is a 7-11 convenience store just a 1-2 minute drive away, and large grocery stores like Tesco are within a 4-6 minute drive.
DO YOU OFFER AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE?
Yes! We can have a driver pick you up from the airport or ferry terminal. The cost to and from the airport is 350 THB per trip, and you pay the driver directly.
CAN YOU HELP ME RENT A SCOOTER, ORDER A BOAT TRIP, AND OTHER SERVICES?
Absolutely! Just let us know what you need and we can most likely arrange it for you. From renting a car, arranging an off-island boat trip, or having a masseuse come directly to the villa, we can assist!
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK
Electricity is charged at the standard rate of 6 baht per unit. Please be assured that you will ONLY be charged for electricity used, nothing more. Water service is supplied free of charge.
A final cleaning charge of 1,490 THB is added to each booking (this is our actual cost). Additional cleaning is supplied free for stays 7 nights or longer. More frequent services can be provided at a reasonable cost. All linens and towels are supplied.
Soap, shampoo, coffee/tea, creamer, and other amenities are provided as part of the welcome pack on arrival. Swimming Pool maintenance is included.
HOW MUCH IS ELECTRICITY?
The electricity is metered, and you will only be charged for what you use, nothing more. Some guests use the air conditioning very little, while others enjoy having the air conditioning on much of the time. All air conditioning units are energy-efficient inverter models, please see below for an estimate of the expected electricity costs, based on our past experience:

Rarely use air conditioning; fans & lights only: Approximately 100 THB per day.

Mostly used only in the evenings and during the night in bedrooms, keeping it around 25°C: 200-300 THB per day.

Originally from Seattle, WA, USA, I moved to Europe and settled in Prague, Czech Republic. Then in 2016, along with my Czech wife and 3-year-old son, we moved to Thailand and have made it our home. We love the clean air, restful atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and kind people in Koh Samui. Our family spends our time learning the local language, engaging with the locals, and participating in local volunteer activities. We make our living by managing a few rental properties and villas in Prague and here in Thailand.
